SLC Rentals LLC is committed to making our website and customer experience accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where practicable for content we control on slcrentalsllc.com and our staging environments.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML, heading structure, and text alternatives for meaningful images where we provide them
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, focus states, and skip links where implemented in our theme
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements in our design system
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow on common devices
- Ongoing review when we publish new pages, forms, and templates
Known limitations
Some parts of our experience rely on third parties and may not fully meet our target level of accessibility:
- Online rental storefront: Booking and checkout run inside an embedded Point of Rental iframe. Its accessibility is governed by Point of Rental. If you have trouble completing a reservation online, please call 717-895-9981 and we will assist you.
- Review and map widgets: Third-party embeds (for example, Google reviews or maps) may have their own accessibility characteristics.
- PDFs and legacy documents: Older downloadable files may not be fully accessible until we replace or remediate them.
